The location was great and stunning, a few steps away from old town. There were a shopping area and the Christmas market around the hotel. My deluxe double room was carpeted with an extra sofa. I had an incredible breakfast with various options, the food was excellent!

Comfortable hotel that has outstandingly accommodating staff at reception desk. The standard room is silent and has Netflix, a kettle, and an iron. There is a very convenient attached restaurant, for dinner. We would stay here again, no complaints whatsoever, really enjoyed this venue.

Charming old hotel, we enjoyed it.

The location was marvellous, just close to Rue Neuve. Every member of the staff was very competent. The room was good sized and stylish and with modern decoration.

The standard room is silent, we also really enjoyed lovely views.

Amazing location walking distance to attractions we wanted to visit - a cinema and a theatre. We ate at a really nice restaurant with delicious food.

Excellent service and the food is reasonably priced. The staff are polite and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is great and stunning, 5 minutes' walk to Rue Neuve.

Nice hot and incredible breakfast with various options was available. The location was incredibly comfortable and decent, a short way from Rue Neuve. The area was very nice close to christmas markets shopping and train, Next to the main shopping street, and Rogier and De Brouckere metros.

The room was really modern and very specious with excellent bed as well as good facilities, and all other comforts.

Everything was very good here - thoughtful staff and recently refurbished rooms. Private parking and hot breakfast with fruit and croissants and cheese. Excellent location to the Rogier metro station, and 5 minute walk from Rue Neuve. Also - next to restaurants and big square as well as Brussels main attractions including the beautiful Grand Place.

The restaurant here was very convenient for breakfast, we both ordered hot dishes. Could use Netflix, a kettle and an iron. The service was decent, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed.
